How long will it take to prepare and dispatch my order?
Orders are usually checked and dispatched within 24–72 hours after payment is confirmed. After shipping, delivery normally takes 3–9 business days, depending on your area and the local courier handling the package.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you an email containing a tracking code so you can check your order's status at any time on our dedicated tracking page. If your tracking number doesn't arrive within 5 days of your purchase, please get in touch with us.
My tracking says delivered, but the package never arrived. What should I do?
Couriers sometimes scan a delivery early or tuck packages away in out-of-sight spots. Take a moment to look around your property and check with your neighbors. If you still can't find your package after 48 hours, reach out to us and we'll help look into it.
I typed the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Reach out to us right away with the correct address. As long as the order hasn't been shipped, we'll make the change for you. If it has already left our facility, you'll need to get in touch with the carrier directly.
Why does my tracking show "No information available at this time"?
Certain carriers can take 2 to 5 business days before their tracking systems start showing updates.
If more than 5 business days have passed and you still see no movement, please reach out to our support team and we'll be glad to help.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, and our support team will share the return address with you. When an item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, there's no need to send anything back — we'll ship you a free replacement.
What if my item is faulty or stops working?
Should your product arrive defective or fail to work as expected, get in touch with a description of the problem and, when you can, a brief video showing it. We'll set up a free replacement for you.
Is it possible to return a product I've opened?
Yes — provided you've used it regularly for its intended purpose and are asking for a refund through our performance guarantee.
What's the process once I send my product back?
After your return reaches our warehouse, we'll inspect it and issue your refund back to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
We move quickly on orders so your shipping stays fast. If you need a change, contact us within 2 hours. Once an order has been processed, we can no longer promise changes or cancellations.

After charging, my Fisiorest stops working once unplugged. Is something wrong?
Not at all. Fisiorest and Fisioback have to stay plugged in while you use them because they don't carry a rechargeable battery. Keeping them wired delivers steady power and the best performance every session, and it removes the hazards of placing a battery beneath your head — making the experience both safer and more dependable.
Here's a quick guide to get you going:
1. Connect it to a wall outlet or a power bank
2. Press and hold your chosen mode button for 5+ seconds to turn it on
3. Tap it again to change the intensity
4. Switch between and fine-tune each mode however you prefer
Can I use it several times a day?
Yes, you can — though we suggest keeping each session under 30 minutes to prevent overstimulation.
